It is about a 15-minute walk (1 km). Head towards Centro di Ancona. Once in the Archi area you will meet the Mole Vanvitelliana on your left, in the port area.
Buses:
From the train station, take the line 1 or 1/4 and get off at the fourth stop (Archi-area before the traffic light).
From the city centre, Piazza Cavour or Piazza Roma, take the lines 1, 1/4, 22, 24, 42, 44, and get off at the stop near Porta Pia.
The entrance is reachable by keeping within the port area.
Cars and coaches:
Motorway A14, Exit Ancona Nord: Take the 76 State road towards Ancona, exit at Ancona Nord and take the National Road 16 (Directions Ancona Centro/Porto). Follow the signs for the port, Cruise Terminal Cruises, Mole Vanvitelliana.
Motorway A14, Exit Ancona Sud: Take the national Road 16 and follow the north-south axis towards Porto. Follow the signs for Cruise Terminal, Mole Vanvitelliana.
A FLIXBUS stop is about 500 metres from the museum entrance.
Parking:
Free parking is available at about 200 meters from the entrance to the museum for cars and coaches (wide fishing fair).
Walking problems can enter the complex of the Mole Vanvitelliana and up to the entrance of the museum with the motor vehicle enabled to transport disabled. We remind you that the Mole Vanvitelliana is an eighteenth-century structure that has a pavement in Sanpietrini.
